Paytient Homecoming

Build a high-quality, unique company experience that gathers ~225 employees for 2 full days and 3 nights of relationship building, learning together and re-connecting in person.

AGENDA OVERVIEW

Much of this is flexible based on what you all are most excited about. In particular, we’ll build out the afternoon activity tracks as we learn more about your employees and items you think they may enjoy more or less than others.

1

LUNCH

Our idea is to set up multiple tables at a handful of downtown restaurants and allow employees to select their own each day. Think an envelope with “lunch money” in it for them to explore downtown in small groups.

2

ACTIVITIES

We are proposing 3 different themed “tracks” of activities for employees to select each afternoon with the Atrium acting as the hub for all of them as they start and end.

3

ATRIUM

Our plan is to use this as the main “hub” for your team during the event. Having food and coffee items there in the morning will act as an anchor to get everyone in the same place and ready for an all-hands presentation. This will help logistically too to have a clear meeting spot for transportation back to hotel at any time.

4

BUDGET

This is a high-level estimate based on our experience and building a “Main Street Summit” event structure for your team. There are items included here that we can flex up or down on based on your preferences and also items you may prefer to handle internally such as photography or videography. One line item that is not included is creative and design work. If there are a lot of design items (signage, notes, digital assets, etc.) that you’d like us to assist with we are able to add those on too.All that said…Based on the assumed benefits of doing business locally here in Columbia combined with our team’s relationships and experience, we can produce this event for less than ~$2,000 per person freeing up the Paytient team to focus on simply hosting, being intentional, and building relationships … of course, having a ton of fun too.

WHAT SETS US APART

Your most powerful business relationships already exist—they simply need the right environment to spark into opportunities.

EXCELLENT

Meticulously orchestrated yet seemingly effortless. We add just enough playfulness to transform attendees from observers to active participants, shattering expectations one helpful detail at a time. The logistics are seamless and invisible and the hospitality is unreasonable.

UNUSUAL

We combine variety and movement to naturally keep energy high and minds engaged. No windowless ballrooms or rigid agendas—just carefully crafted environments where people remember how to be human together and business cards stay in pockets.

HIGH VALUE

We understand that time is your scarcest resource and your most important relationships are in the room. We structure every moment to facilitate meaningful exchange—eliminating wasted time while creating distraction-free, useful experiences.
